About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior CRM – Software Developer to support a complex public‑sector healthcare initiative. The successful consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting secure, accessible, and scalable CRM and web‑based application solutions within a regulated healthcare environment. This role supports enterprise‑wide digital solutions that must comply with accessibility standards, privacy legislation governing personal health information, and the Design System while leveraging modern CRM, Salesforce, and Vlocity technologies.

Scope

• Design, develop, and support CRM‑based and web applications in a regulated public‑sector healthcare environment

• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, Design System, privacy, security, and architectural standards

• Collaborate with business, technical, and project stakeholders in an Agile delivery model

• Contribute to solution design, development, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer activities.

Assignment Deliverables

• Scalable and secure CRM / Salesforce / Vlocity application components

• System design artifacts, technical documentation, and configuration specifications

• Completed unit, integration, and UAT support with resolved defects

• Reports, dashboards, and migrated data sets as required.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience in solution design and application development

• 5+ years supporting healthcare systems (e.g., EMR, HIS, Long‑Term Care, OHRS‑compliant solutions)

• Strong experience with Salesforce and Vlocity, including FlexCards, DataRaptors, OmniScripts, and LWCs

• Proven experience with privacy, security, and personal health information protection requirements

• Experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD, source control (Git), testing, and deployment activities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience Cloud / Community Cloud experience

• Familiarity with offline solutions (e.g., Pulsar)

• Experience supporting large‑scale healthcare or enterprise CRM implementations.
