Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

About the Engagement
Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior CRM – Software Developer to support the delivery of enhancements for a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative.
The successful consultant will work as part of an integrated support and data/reporting team and will be responsible for implementing configurations, customizations, integrations, reporting solutions, and technical enhancements using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power BI, Dataverse, SQL, Azure technologies, and related enterprise platforms.
A significant focus of the assignment will be developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations from Microsoft Dynamics 365 data while ensuring data accuracy, quality, and integrity.
Scope
Support the delivery and implementation of assigned application enhancements, including functionality sequenced beyond the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
Configure, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
Develop reporting solutions utilizing data from Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Operations (F&O).
Design and develop interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
Assignment Deliverables
Translate approved technical system specifications and user stories into functional and tested solution components.
Configure, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, process automation, and security configurations.
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI based on business and user requirements.
Produce reports using data from Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O).
Expertise Required
Must Have:
5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
Strong hands-on experience developing, configuring, customizing, and extending Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
Strong proficiency with Power BI, including:
o Data modelling
o Interactive reports and dashboards
o DAX
o Power Query
o Advanced reporting features
Experience working with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse, including entity structures, relationships, data validation, data integrity, and platform extensibility.
Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, database performance optimization, and query-performance troubleshooting.
Experience developing custom Dynamics 365 components, plug-ins, or extensions using technologies such as C#/.NET and JavaScript.
Nice to Have:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
Experience with Azure Synapse or comparable ETL/data integration technologies.
Experience developing reports within Data Warehouse/Lakehouse environments.
