Senior DevOPS/Cloud Engineer

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer to support and optimize its cloud and infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will bring a deep technical background across systems, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable services.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         10+ years of experience in systems, data communications, and telecom technologies

·         Expertise with RedHat Enterprise Linux V7+, UNIX Solaris V10, and Mainframe IMS Connect

·         Proven experience with system software and tools

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

·         5+ years in Azure DevOps environments, using tools like Docker, Ansible, Packer, Terraform, OpenShift, and Azure Pipelines

·         Strong Git expertise with branching strategies and GitOps practices

·         Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform, Ansible, and Packer

·         Proficient in performance tuning, capacity management, DB migrations, DR strategies, and application monitoring

·         Knowledge of clustering, load balancers, firewall setups, and cloud networking in Azure

·         Experience with Java, J2EE, Node.js, serverless Azure functions, and event-driven systems

·         Familiarity with Informatica PowerCenter suite
