About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer to support large‑scale enterprise and public‑sector digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on the design, implementation, modernization, and operational support of secure, scalable, and highly available cloud‑based platforms, including CRM‑enabled and web‑based systems. The successful consultant will work in a complex, regulated environment, contributing to cloud architecture design, CI/CD automation, platform reliability, security controls, and enterprise DevOps practices aligned with public‑sector standards.

Scope

• Design, implement, and support secure, scalable enterprise cloud and DevOps solutions

• Support cloud migration, modernization, and automation initiatives for complex CRM‑enabled systems

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration and deployment

• Ensure cloud solutions meet performance, availability, security, and compliance requirements.

Assignment Deliverables

• Cloud architecture designs, including blueprints and reference architectures

• Automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code solutions

• Secure, scalable cloud environments supporting enterprise applications

• Technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational runbooks.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• 7+ years of experience designing and supporting large, complex CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics or other COTS CRM platforms)

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise cloud solutions

• Proven experience delivering cloud migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins

• Hands‑on experience with n‑tier web applications, Linux/Unix environments, and scripting.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE)

• Experience with cloud security architectures, zero‑trust principles, and compliance controls.
