Senior Infrastructure Integration Specialist (N/S)

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Integration Specialist (N/S) to support our Client. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining, supporting, and optimizing Data Centre infrastructure operations and services.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

• Experience supporting and working with multiple technical teams

• Hands-on expertise with V-Centre, VMware, and virtual server environments

• Strong knowledge in server builds and support across Windows 2008/2012/2016, Solaris, AIX, and Mainframe platforms

• Networking experience including installation, configuration, and support of routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers

• Familiarity with Tier IV & Tier II Uptime Certified Data Centre protocols

• Experience with Office 365 and Remedy/eSMT ticketing systems

• Proven ability to manage and resolve infrastructure incidents

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for ensuring high availability and reliability of infrastructure services, coordinating with internal and external teams to resolve issues, managing change requests, maintaining documentation, and supporting server and hardware lifecycle activities. A solid understanding of server configuration, network topology, and security architecture is essential. On-call support availability is required.
