Must Haves:

·         8+ years with COTS Business Automation/Case Management solutions (e.g., IBM Cloud Pack for Business Automation)

·         8+ years in BPM and case management automation

·         Strong experience with structured, Agile, and DevOps methodologies

·         Proven integration of service APIs and microservices with web services

Role Overview:
You will lead the planning, design, deployment, and support of middleware products, ensuring stability and scalability for business-critical systems. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining middleware components (web/app servers, message brokers, adapters), supporting development and testing processes, managing incidents and change requests, and participating in release cycles. You'll also produce technical artifacts and resolve system performance, security, and integrity issues
