Our client is seeking a Senior Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) Specialist with deep expertise in privacy, risk management, and public-sector policy to support critical healthcare and information management initiatives.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         10+ years of experience in privacy and information management

·         Expertise in privacy risk management involving Personal Health Information (PHI)

·         Strong understanding of policy development for privacy protection

·         Proven ability to identify, assess, and respond to emerging privacy issues and trends

·         Experience preparing comprehensive reports, briefings, and analyses on privacy matters

Role Overview:
You will lead privacy assessments, manage PHI risks, and provide expert guidance on compliance with IPC, GO-ITS, and broader public-sector policies. You’ll work across ministries and healthcare providers to apply privacy best practices, lead threat and risk analyses, and ensure alignment with government standards. Your strategic insight into IT, governance, and policy will support secure program design and implementation.
