The client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of innovative digital products from inception to launch. This role requires a user-centric mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate complex technical and policy environments.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from inception to launch

·         Proven experience working in Agile environments, defining and managing user stories using Azure DevOps or JIRA

·         Experience integrating or leveraging AI features in product delivery

·         Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product vision and roadmap, translate customer needs into actionable plans, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful IT solutions. You’ll manage the full product lifecycle, ensure accessibility and compliance, and collaborate with engineering, UX, and policy stakeholders to deliver modern, AI-driven digital services aligned with Ontario's digital standards.
