Senior Program Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the planning and implementation of data infrastructure initiatives across the Ministry of Health (MOH), Ministry of Long-Term Care (MLTC), and MSAA programs. This leadership role requires managing large-scale, complex IT health-related programs with a strategic focus on public sector standards and stakeholder engagement.

Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Job Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Must Haves:

·         10+ years of experience with federal/provincial/broader public-sector healthcare providers

·         Expertise in Public Sector project methodologies (e.g., PMI, Public Sector I&IT standards)

·         Deep understanding of Ministry policy, project approvals, and gating processes

·         Proven experience with large IT Health-related programs

·         Knowledge of AODA standards and regulations

Responsibilities:
• Maintain integrated program management plans, schedules, and budgets
• Oversee cross-functional project teams and manage interdependencies
• Develop and implement stakeholder communication and engagement strategies
• Create and manage risks and issues plans with mitigation strategies
• Produce regular status and performance reports using KPIs
• Ensure alignment with Public Sector standards and IT methodologies
• Provide strategic updates and recommendations to the CSIMB Director
