Senior Program Manager

The Government Client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee complex I&IT programs, with a focus on justice-related initiatives and alignment with Ontario Public Service (OPS) policies and frameworks.

Must Haves:

• In-depth knowledge of OPS TB/MBC and SPP processes from inception to completion

• Proven ability to develop RFB documents and define business/technical requirements

• Experience with OPS justice sector projects

• Familiarity with OPS architecture gating process and industry-standard project management methodologies

Role Overview:
The Senior Program Manager will drive strategic program development from planning through execution and close-out. You’ll lead multi-stakeholder initiatives, manage complex budgets, assess risks, and ensure alignment with OPS policies and executive expectations. This role includes stakeholder facilitation, benefits realization planning, governance oversight, and leading change management efforts. You’ll also oversee program interdependencies, reporting, and continuous improvement while fostering collaboration across business and technical teams.
