We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Government Client for a high-impact, enterprise-level initiative. The ideal candidate brings extensive leadership experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder I&IT programs and vendor relationships within the public sector.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technical implementations

• Proven ability to manage external vendors and strategic partnerships

• Strong communication skills with experience engaging stakeholders, IT partners, ministry clients, and senior leadership

• Experience briefing executives on program risks, decisions, and progress

• Proficiency in preparing technical strategy documents, presentations, and option analyses

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide program leadership across high-risk, multi-jurisdictional initiatives, ensuring full life cycle delivery

• Align program execution with executive expectations, organizational standards, and business goals

• Oversee cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, budgets, risks, and ensure value delivery

• Monitor interrelated projects and provide executive-level reporting on overall portfolio performance

• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives
