Our Government Client is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to lead high-profile, complex IT initiatives. This hands-on role demands both strategic oversight and tactical execution, ensuring the successful delivery of programs across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Job Description:

Must Haves:

• Hands-on Technical Program Manager with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to manage client relationships, set expectations, and resolve project conflicts

• Deep understanding of SDLC with experience across planning, development, testing, and deployment

• Experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, roadmapping, and breakdown of complex tasks for technical delivery teams

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, monitor KPIs, and identify bottlenecks or risks

• Oversee cross-functional collaboration and ensure consistent work allocation

• Provide clear, actionable reporting using tools like JIRA

• Ensure projects move smoothly through each SDLC phase with technical oversight and issue mitigation
