Must Haves:

• Advanced subject matter expertise in program management within a public service environment

• Experience managing complex portfolios of contracts and deliverables

• Superior leadership, consultation, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Demonstrated success leading large-scale public safety radio or telecommunications projects

Responsibilities:

• Develop integrated program and project plans, defining resources, timelines, and budgets

• Oversee contract and financial management for multiple concurrent projects

• Provide strategic advice on complex fiscal challenges, vendor performance, and risk mitigation

• Lead program meetings, provide updates, and maintain strong stakeholder engagement

• Track program milestones and ensure vendor deliverables are met with appropriate documentation

• Collaborate with ministry clients, business partners, and project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes

• Create dashboards, reports, and project management collateral for executive decision-making

• Build and sustain trust with vendors and stakeholders through effective communication and relationship management
