    We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager for our Ontario Government client to oversee a portfolio of projects focused on developing an Immunization Repository. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing electronic health-related projects, particularly those involving clinical software systems and immunization workflows.

    Must Haves:

    • 8-10+ years of experience in project management, specifically within electronic health record (EHR) projects.

    • Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement experience (5-7+ years).

    • In-depth knowledge of immunization data workflows, pharmacy operations, or the Panorama system.

    • Expertise in Project Management concepts, risk management, and quality management.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

    • Collaboration skills with a focus on conflict resolution and team coordination.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the development and deployment of an Immunization Repository, managing issues, risks, and service change requests.

    • Engage with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and integrated plans.

    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues before they impact the project.

    • Work closely with various Ontario Health teams to refine business requirements and provide stakeholder feedback.

    • Ensure technical readiness and end-user training before project go-live.

    • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

    Desired Skills:

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, MS Teams).

    • Experience with healthcare information systems and data workflows.

    • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.

    • Familiarity with privacy policies and legislative processes related to health data.
