Position: Senior Program Manager
Duration: 1 Year 4 Months assignment (contract)
Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

This position is provisionally Onsite, requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.
About the Engagement
Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to provide leadership across large‑scale, complex, and high‑risk enterprise technology initiatives, with a strong emphasis on cloud and enterprise platform delivery. This role requires a senior‑level program leader with deep experience managing multi‑project portfolios, large technology procurements, and cross‑jurisdictional teams, while operating within structured frameworks and agile delivery models.
Scope
Provide program‑level leadership for large‑scale, complex, enterprise cloud and technology initiatives
Oversee multiple interrelated projects across platforms, jurisdictions, and delivery teams
Ensure full life‑cycle delivery aligned with organizational, standards, and methodologies
Act as the primary escalation and decision‑support point for senior stakeholders. .
Assignment Deliverables
End‑to‑end program roadmap model, and delivery plan
Integrated schedule, budget, risk, and dependency management artifacts
Executive‑level program status, financial, and risk reports
Successful delivery and transition of enterprise cloud and platform solutions into operations.
Expertise Required
Must Have:
Experience working with the delivery of complex Cloud technology projects
Experience managing enterprise solutions with technologies that include IBM Portal, WebSphere, DataPower, OpenShift, Cloud Automation Manager, Ansible and Oracle Database.
10+ years’ experience in technology project management, at least 5+ years must include projects that required large technology procurements.
Demonstrated experience using the agile / scrum framework to promote best practices and awareness to the project team, clients and/or stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
Experience within public‑sector or large regulated environments
Strong change‑management and organizational transformation experience
Excellent executive‑level communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
