About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to provide program management leadership and expertise for large-scale, complex, high-profile and high-risk technology initiatives.

The successful consultant will bring 10+ years of project and program management experience, including leadership of major technology and/or payments procurement programs resulting in the successful issuance of multiple RFPs.

Scope

• Assist with technical data collection and analysis.

• Perform application discovery and mapping activities.

• Develop technical work packages and supporting documentation.

• Coordinate Windows Server builds and migrations.

Assignment Deliverables

• Develop and maintain comprehensive program strategies, plans, schedules and Public sector structures.

• Lead technology and procurement programs from inception through implementation, close-out and transition to operations.

• Support development and successful issuance of multiple RFPs for complex technology initiatives.

• Develop and manage complex program budgets incorporating multiple funding channels and organizational dependencies.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• 10+ years of demonstrated project and program management experience.

• Demonstrated experience leading a major technology and/or payments procurement program, resulting in the successful issuance of multiple RFPs.

• Strong project/program management experience delivering complex programs within both public and private sector organizations.

• Experience managing programs involving technology supply and lifecycle management.

Nice to Have:

• Expert knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) methodologies and practices.

• Strong knowledge of technology procurement processes and associated governance.

• Experience managing complex organizational change and overcoming resistance to change.
