Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Leader to lead critical IT initiatives within the Finance unit, including the implementation of a new enterprise billing solution and associated system integrations.

Must Haves:

·         5+ years managing IT initiatives for Finance, including billing systems and integrations

·         5+ years defining/managing technical and functional requirements with Finance/IT teams

·         3+ years leading change management and user adoption for finance-related systems

Role Overview:
This role will oversee full project lifecycles—from planning through execution—for complex, high-impact initiatives. You will coordinate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, architecture, and cybersecurity to ensure project goals align with business needs, compliance, and technology standards. Responsibilities include vendor management, budgeting, resource planning, data migration strategy, testing oversight, UAT leadership, and executive-level reporting.
