Ontario Government Client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead initiatives supporting the Community Administration Solutions Sunsetting (CASS) project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, providing strategic advice, and working with a variety of stakeholders in a public sector health technology context.
Duration: 6+ Months
MUST HAVES:
Senior-level experience advising on business, resourcing, and financial impacts of infrastructure and application enhancements.
Proven track record managing complex projects, delivering within plan, scope, and budget.
Strong ability to define objectives, analyze strategic options, and create actionable plans.
Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of CASS initiatives.
Manage dependencies across Ontario Health, Ministry of Health, and other key stakeholders.
Oversee project workstreams, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
Establish governance frameworks and manage project risks/issues.
Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and communication strategies.
Ensure integration of legacy systems with new solutions, minimizing disruptions.
Lead communication with senior stakeholders and external partners.
Skills and Experience:
Strong understanding of Ontario’s healthcare system and digital health solutions.
Extensive experience in project management (PMBOK, MS Project).
Demonstrated ability to manage risks, lead teams, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
