    Duration: 1 Year assignment (contract)
    Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
    Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

    This position is provisionally Onsite, requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.

    About the Engagement

    Akkodis is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Leader with expert-level project management capabilities and strong technical experience across Microsoft 365, Identity & Access Management, enterprise IT system migration, and cross‑organizational projects involving broader‑public‑sector stakeholders. The consultant will lead the coordination, solutioning, and delivery of a high‑profile, multi‑stakeholder initiative involving onboarding to ITOD Common Services, supporting complex implementation cycles, and engaging senior‑level executives across the participating organizations.

    Scope

    • Prepare and maintain project artefacts including Project Change Requests, SOWs, Service Agreements, and Work Assessments.

    • Develop project delivery models, roles, and responsibilities aligned with the ITOD Federated Model.

    • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and executive reporting.

    • Ensure all parties remain aligned with project goals and objectives.

    Assignment Deliverables

    • Project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource plans

    • Solution design coordination documentation

    • Project change documentation (CRs)

    • Status reporting and executive dashboards.

    Expertise Required

    Must Have:

    • 10+ years of demonstrated project management on large-scale, complex, high‑risk IT initiatives.

    • Experience managing Microsoft 365 and IAM-related projects.

    • Experience delivering enterprise IT system migrations.

    • Experience preparing formal project documentation for public‑sector environments.

    Nice to Have:

    • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

    • Experience with multi‑tenant or federated identity architectures.
