Senior Project Manager/Leader

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager/Leader to drive large-scale technical implementations across enterprise systems. This role requires extensive expertise in managing complex, multi-stream programs with high visibility and strategic impact.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         7+ years leading complex technical programs (e.g., procurement systems, cloud migrations, integrations)

·         5+ years managing interdependent workstreams in high-stakes environments

·         Deep knowledge of technology governance, system integration, and data migration

·         Proven leadership across cross-functional technical teams and executive-level communications

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead full lifecycle delivery of Data, CX, and Technology workstreams within enterprise architecture standards

·         Establish project governance, manage risks, and ensure alignment with digital strategy

·         Oversee integration planning for IAM, SODAP, and API hubs

·         Coordinate with MTO, vendors, and OPS partners for seamless delivery

·         Drive stakeholder engagement through clear communication and strategic planning

·         Ensure quality assurance, compliance, and risk management frameworks are in place

·         Lead post-implementation reviews, change management, and user training for adoption

Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery aligns with business goals and public sector outcomes
