Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex I&IT projects from initiation to close, ensuring alignment with OPS standards, including PMO Stage Gate, ITIL, and compliance protocols. Utilize tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and Confluence to manage timelines, risks, and resources. Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies. Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to executive stakeholders. Create and maintain essential project documentation, including roadmaps and impact assessments, while ensuring stakeholder alignment and delivery excellence.
