Senior Project Manager/Leader

The client is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Leader with a specialized focus on Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This is not a general PM role—ideal candidates will have direct experience managing large-scale cybersecurity programs involving cross-functional teams of 30+ members.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

• Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Project Manager (not a generalist PM)

• Successfully led projects with 30+ stakeholders or team members

• Strong presentation and communication abilities

• Hands-on experience with IAM or other cybersecurity-related initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex cybersecurity projects, including IAM, PAM, and security analytics implementations

• Apply cybersecurity risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST) to guide delivery

• Define security-aligned requirements and ensure compliance with organizational policies

• Manage multi-year, multi-stakeholder projects with accountability and adaptability

• Align cross-organizational teams toward common security goals and successful outcomes

• Deliver projects on time and within scope, while effectively managing change
