    We are seeking an experienced Project Lead for our Ontario Government Client. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Information Management, software development methodologies, and the ability to lead large-scale technology initiatives. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with the ability to deliver complex projects effectively within a government environment.

    Must Haves:

    • Knowledge of Information Management principles, concepts, policies, and practices.

    • Experience with various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and scalable minimum viable products.

    • Proven ability to define, plan, orchestrate, and deliver initiatives involving business, operational, and IT deliverables.

    • Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

    • Effective stakeholder management experience.

    • Experience in providing executive reports, presentations, and implementation plans.

    Project Lead Experience

    • Extensive knowledge of Information Management principles and practices.

    • Experience with software development methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum.

    • Background in I&IT technology deployment and leading large-scale technology infrastructure procurements.

    • Ability to define and deliver initiatives with a comprehensive understanding of business, operational, and IT deliverables.

    Business Analysis Experience

    • Familiarity with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and related regulations.

    • Experience in structured, object-oriented, and agile methodologies for user requirements.

    Business Architecture Experience

    • Knowledge of the Zachman Framework, including various architectures such as business, information, application, technology, and security.

    • Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables based on Ontario Government Enterprise Architecture practices.

    Communication

    • Excellent skills in communication, facilitation, negotiation, and consensus building.

    • Strong stakeholder management experience.

    • Experience in providing high-level executive reports, presentations, and implementation plans.

    Public Service Experience

    • Understanding of government environments.

    • Previous experience working on projects like ONBIS Modernization, Ontario Business Registry, PSIS, and ServiceOntario Business Accounts.
