Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

About the Engagement
Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Leader to provide leadership and oversight for large-scale, complex, high-profile, and high-risk cybersecurity, infrastructure, network security, and technology transformation initiatives.
The successful consultant will be responsible for project accountability throughout the Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC), ensuring projects are delivered successfully within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. The role requires close collaboration with internal technology teams, security specialists, business stakeholders, and external vendors to support enterprise-wide cybersecurity modernization initiatives.
Scope
Provide end-to-end accountability for project delivery throughout the Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC).
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, security teams, and vendors to ensure successful project implementation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives supporting service design and project delivery effectiveness.
Support enterprise cybersecurity programs, including identity management, privileged access management, and network security services.
Assignment Deliverables
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
Establish project structures, reporting frameworks, and stakeholder communication plans.
Deliver project status reports, risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and executive briefings.
Coordinate technology deployment, migration, and implementation activities across multiple teams.
Ensure successful adoption of cybersecurity tools, network protection technologies, and identity management solutions.
Expertise Required
Must Have:
Proven cybersecurity project delivery background.
Strong experience providing accountability and ownership throughout the Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC).
Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives related to project delivery and service design.
Solid understanding of enterprise security platforms and security capabilities, including Microsoft security technologies and ecosystems.
Strong understanding of network security platforms, controls, and operational processes.
Nice to Have:
Experience with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and security monitoring solutions.
Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and network protection services.
Experience supporting public sector or large enterprise technology modernization initiatives.
