    Duration: 3 Months assignment (contract)
    Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
    Engagement Model: Professional Services Engagement – B2B (Incorporated Entities Only)

    This position is provisionally Onsite, requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.

    About the Engagement

    Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead a technical reporting team supporting the development of a new Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)–based solution, including data migration, lakehouse development, and Power BI reporting. The consultant will lead Agile delivery, manage complex multi‑stakeholder interactions, oversee Azure DevOps workstreams, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery within a Public Sector environment.

    Scope

    • Migrating historical data from legacy systems into a new Azure data warehouse/lakehouse

    • Developing new data assets

    • Building end‑to‑end Power BI reporting solutions.

    Assignment Deliverables

    • Lead story creation, estimation, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies

    • Organize project workflows in Azure DevOps, ensuring clear documentation and tracking

    • Ensure reporting MVP scope is delivered on‑time and on‑budget

    • Monitor progress, remove impediments, and ensure smooth Agile delivery.

    Expertise Required

    Must Have:

    • 5+ years leading technical teams as a Scrum Master or in a related Agile leadership role

    • Proven experience leading software development teams delivering large‑scale data warehousing solutions

    • Hands‑on experience with the Azure cloud ecosystem for data analytics

    • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, ceremonies, and delivery practices

    • Demonstrated ability to manage Azure DevOps boards, backlogs, sprints, and documentation.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience delivering solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&O environments

    • Expertise in building Azure DevOps dashboards, reports, and queries.
