Senior Scrum Master

Our Government Client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for data-driven software development initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced Agile practitioner with a strong background in Azure-based data solutions and a proven ability to guide technical teams through all phases of delivery.

Job Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Job Description:

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar role, leading technical teams using Agile methodologies

• Hands-on experience delivering large-scale data warehousing solutions on the Azure cloud ecosystem

Key Skills and Experience:

• Deep knowledge of Scrum principles and Agile ceremonies

• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, including setting up projects, dashboards, and reports

• Understanding of Data Warehouse/Lakehouse concepts (data modeling, ETL, data governance)

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&O environments

• Relevant certifications (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Lean Six Sigma)
