The Client is looking for a Senior Software Developer – CRM to support and enhance its Salesforce environment. This role involves close collaboration with program teams and Salesforce administrators to deliver high-impact CRM solutions.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         Salesforce Administrator Certification

·         4+ years of experience as a CRM Administrator (e.g., Salesforce)

·         Intermediate coding experience

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop, troubleshoot, and implement solutions within the existing Salesforce environment

·         Collaborate with internal teams to deliver project-specific CRM enhancements

·         Support integration efforts and ensure timely delivery of Salesforce-based initiatives

Desired Skills:

·         Experience building Salesforce Community Sites and Visualforce pages

·         Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools

·         Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

·         Proven track record in delivering CRM solutions on time

·         Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
