Senior Software Developer - ETL

Our client is seeking a Senior Software Developer – ETL to support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of PeopleSoft HCM systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in PeopleSoft development and ETL processes to support critical HR modules and data integration.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM (Workforce Administration, Position Management, Benefits, Payroll)

·         Proficient in PeopleSoft tools (App Engine, SQR, PS Tools); experience with Fluid and Linux scripting is an asset

·         Strong knowledge of Oracle DBMS and application-level database administration

·         Experience supporting unit testing, integration, and UAT from a technical perspective

·         Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

·         Design and implement robust ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading

·         Translate technical specifications into tested, maintainable applications and scripts

·         Develop and maintain programming specs and conduct unit testing

·         Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during system use, migration, and integration

Collaborate with testers and clients to ensure solution quality and alignment with business needs
