About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to support enterprise-level CRM modernization initiatives. The successful consultant will work within a structured delivery environment to implement configurations, customizations, and integrations across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and supporting systems. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver high-quality, tested, and scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Scope

• Develop and implement configurations, customizations, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

• Translate technical designs and user stories into tested, deployable solutions

• Support iterative, enhancement-driven delivery cycles beyond MVP

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with standards.

Assignment Deliverables

• Dynamics 365 configurations, extensions, and custom components

• Integration and data flow implementations across enterprise systems

• Unit-tested, production-ready code

• Defect resolution and testing support artifacts.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

• Proven experience in configurations, customizations, and integrations within complex environments

• Experience supporting iterative and post-MVP delivery models

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

• Exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) integration or data contexts.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in public sector or regulated environments

• Exposure to large-scale modernization or transformation programs

• Familiarity with Azure integration services or data pipelines.
