Our client is seeking a Senior Specialized IT Consultant to support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the COMPASS system’s Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) infrastructure, ensuring 24/7 availability of production and backup environments.

Role Overview:
You will provide expert technical support for database and application upgrades, ODA reconfiguration, VM management, and infrastructure migration. Responsibilities include upgrading Oracle Cloud Control, managing database failovers, maintaining production and backup environments, and ensuring optimal performance through proactive health checks and patching. You’ll also monitor system alerts, maintain user access control, and interface directly with Oracle to manage service requests and hardware issues.

This role demands hands-on expertise in ODA systems, cloud control maintenance, and a deep understanding of Oracle technologies within a high-availability government environment.
