Senior Systems Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to support the Ontario Government Client with expertise in PeopleSoft systems, user interfaces, and system development.

Duration:6+ Months

Must Haves:

• Expertise in PeopleSoft, including Fluid and Classic Plus interfaces, Self-Service features, and mobile capabilities.

• Strong skills in system design, development, testing, and implementation, particularly for PeopleSoft solutions.

• Proven ability to analyze IT needs, provide technical recommendations, and support system modifications.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.

• Experience with project and change management methodologies for enterprise HCM systems.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and recommend tailored IT solutions.

• Design, develop, and implement PeopleSoft-based systems.

• Provide technical expertise and lead production support.

• Collaborate with clients to optimize HR systems and service delivery.
