Senior- Systems Testing/QA Specialist

Introduction:
The Ontario Government Client is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Tester to lead and execute testing for PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM applications.

Duration:6+ Months

Must-Haves:

• Significant knowledge and experience testing PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM applications.

• Technical and functional expertise in PeopleSoft, including Fluid UI, Self-Service, Core HR, Payroll, Oracle DB, and SQL.

• Experience executing functional, non-functional, and systems integration tests for PeopleSoft HCM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead system integration testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Perform and document tests, including unit, system, user acceptance, AODA, integration, regression, performance, and load balance testing.

• Prepare, validate, automate, and execute test cases and scripts.

• Review client business requirements for system changes and upgrades to define testing needs.

• Provide quality control advice and guidance to project teams.

Skills and Experience Required

• Extensive experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM testing.

• Strong technical and functional PeopleSoft knowledge (Fluid UI, Core HR, Payroll).

• Expertise in Oracle DB and SQL.

• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test data for technical and business validation.

• Knowledge of AODA testing standards and regulations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
