The Client is looking for a Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist to lead and execute end-to-end testing efforts for complex IT systems. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality solutions through comprehensive planning, testing, and quality assurance practices.

Job Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         10+ years of experience in creating test strategies, plans, scenarios, and troubleshooting technical issues

·         Hands-on expertise in all major testing types: unit, integration, functional, UAT, performance, regression, load, and security testing

Key Responsibilities:

·         Advise on testing strategy, tool selection, and resource planning

·         Lead testing for large-scale systems in both GUI and non-GUI environments

·         Develop and execute detailed test plans, scripts, and test cases

·         Collaborate with testing leads, IT leads, and project teams through the full system development life cycle

·         Utilize automated testing tools, version control systems, and CASE tools

Support UAT activities and ensure all deliverables meet quality assurance standards
