About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Systems Testing / QA Specialist to support enterprise application testing initiatives within a large, structured public‑sector environment. The successful consultant will provide senior‑level expertise across manual and automated testing, working closely with development, business, and project teams to ensure systems meet functional, technical, accessibility, and performance requirements. This role supports projects delivered using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and requires a strong foundation in quality assurance best practices and regulatory compliance.

Scope

• Lead and execute testing activities across large‑scale enterprise systems

• Support functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and UAT testing

• Develop comprehensive testing artefacts aligned with SDLC and delivery standards

• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure solution quality.     .

Assignment Deliverables

• Test strategies, test plans, test scripts, and test cases

• Manual and automated test execution results and defect reports

• Quality metrics, coverage reports, and test documentation

• Contributions to user manuals, release notes, and knowledge transfer documentation.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

• 8+ years of experience working as a Software QA Tester

• Experience testing Oracle Siebel CRM applications (strong asset)

• Experience with Siebel Test Automation (asset)

• Experience testing Adobe AEM (asset)

• Hands‑on experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Case Management systems

• Experience testing Commercial Off‑the‑Shelf (COTS) applications.
