Our Government Client is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that supports Azure cloud architecture, infrastructure design, and operational processes. This role requires strong collaboration with technical teams to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly materials.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

• Expertise in documenting Azure cloud architecture & infrastructure (networking, firewalls, storage, backup, disaster recovery)

• Experience creating/editing technical project documents & architecture artefacts from existing systems or senior design concepts

• Proficiency with technical writing tools (Power Designer, Microsoft Visio, UML, Adobe Technical Communication Suite)

Role Overview:
You will develop professional documentation including technical project reports, operational procedures, quick-start guides, configuration/administrative guides, and glossaries. Responsibilities include translating complex designs into accessible content, creating both online and offline documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and AODA standards. You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and testers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness. The role also involves maintaining documentation repositories, producing visually clear diagrams, and delivering materials that support both technical and non-technical audiences.
