The Client is looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the development of user-centred digital experiences across multiple platforms. Must-Haves:

·         Proven experience leading UX strategy for digital products

·         Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative user research

·         Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD

·         Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and iterate on design ideas

Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead UX strategies, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture that support intuitive navigation and accessibility. Collaborate closely with UI designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions. Advocate for user-centered design practices and ensure compliance with accessibility standards to support inclusive design across government platforms
