Senior UX Designer

The Client is looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead user-centered design and research efforts for high-impact digital services. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in UX design, usability testing, and accessibility standards, working within agile teams to deliver intuitive and accessible digital solutions.

Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Job Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         6+ years in UX design for complex web applications

·         6+ years conducting UX research (interviews, personas, usability testing, etc.)

·         5+ years in task flow analysis and user journey mapping

·         Proven expertise in IA, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups

·         Proficient in Adobe XD and/or Figma

·         Strong knowledge of WCAG/AODA compliance

·         Experience leading remote workshops and stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities:

·         Collaborate with business and technical teams to define user needs and workflows

·         Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations

·         Design and iterate wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on insights

·         Ensure end-to-end accessibility and usability compliance (WCAG Level AA)

·         Provide UX guidance to internal teams and external partners

Deliver design documentation and facilitate reviews to align stakeholders on user experience vision and execution.
