Senior UX Designer

The Client is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead user-centric design initiatives for complex digital products. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in responsive and mobile-first design, user research, and agile methodologies to improve digital service experiences.

Job Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Job Description:

Must Haves:

·         Extensive experience applying UX design best practices, with a strong focus on mobile-first and responsive design

·         3+ years of experience contributing to complex projects using user-centered design and agile (Scrum) methods

·         Excellent communication skills to articulate design processes, concepts, and solutions

Key Responsibilities:

·         Create and iterate user-centered designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Cloud

·         Conduct user research and usability testing, producing outputs like interview scripts, findings reports, and synthesis documents

·         Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met

·         Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product owners, developers, and stakeholders)

·         Support change management through strong communication and stakeholder engagement

Nice to Have:

·         Technical familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JS (React/Angular/NodeJS)

Experience with accessibility compliance testing and agile delivery across Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live stages
