Senior UX Designer

Our Government Client is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the creation of accessible, intuitive, and visually compelling digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.

Job Description:

Must Haves:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI/Interactive Designer for web and mobile applications

• Ability to lead UX projects, workshops, and alignment sessions with stakeholders and users

• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Miro, Canvas, and others (e.g., Maze, Optimal Sort)

• Skilled in user research, interviews, and translating insights into journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

• Experience applying UX/UI and service design methods with a focus on CAD 2.1 (AAA) accessibility standards

• Comfortable with design hand-offs and aligning solutions to business needs

• Portfolio (link or PDF) required with submission

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate on user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for digital government services

• Conduct user-centered research and usability testing, applying findings to improve product functionality

• Develop interactive prototypes and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams

• Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards while delivering on business goals
