In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Electrical Integration Execution
· Carry out harness installation, cable routing, mating and demating of electrical connectors under supervision of engineers or operator leaders.
· Support preparation and execution of electrical tests (continuity, insulation, functional power-on).
· Ensure correct application of torque specs, ESD control measures, and connector labeling.
Cleanroom & Safety Compliance
· Maintain adherence to cleanroom protocols, ESD precautions, and contamination control procedures.
· Use appropriate tools, gloves, and protective equipment during all tasks.
Documentation & Traceability
· Complete work logs, mating sheets, and cable checklists accurately and on time.
· Ensure connector and cable labeling is maintained throughout integration.
· Report observations and anomalies promptly to engineers or operator leaders.
Collaboration & Communication
· Work as part of a multidisciplinary AIT team under the guidance of electrical operator leaders and engineers.
· Provide constructive feedback to improve procedures or working instructions.
· Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
· Technical diploma or equivalent hands-on experience in electronics or electrical assembly.
· Basic understanding of electrical systems, harnesses, and connector types.
· Familiarity with ESD and FOD safety standards in aerospace or electronics environments.
· Good manual dexterity and attention to detail in handling flight hardware.
· Previous experience with electrical integration in aerospace or high-reliability environments.
· Exposure to spacecraft harnessing or test environments (TVAC, EGSE, power-on tests).
· Able to read basic cable routing drawings or electrical schematics.
· French or English speaking; both preferred.
· Reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented working habits.
· Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
· Careful handling of sensitive equipment and connectors.
