Change Manager (h/f/d)

We are looking for a Change Manager for one of our clients.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and implementing change initiatives across the organization, particularly within the manufacturing and supply chain domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that support the project’s objectives.
• Lead change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
• Work closely with project teams to understand the impact of changes and develop mitigation plans.
• Drive adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies, focusing on automation and ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including multiple vendors, in a multicultural environment.
• Monitor change progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful implementation.

Profil recherché

• Extensive experience in change management within the Food Industry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of automation in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Proven expertise in ERP and supply chain management processes.
• Experience working in a multi-vendor, international, and multi-cultural environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Based in France, near Geneva, and willing to be on-site at least 4 days per week.
• Fluent in French.
