    We are seeking an experienced R&D Senior Engineer to join our Medium Voltage Drives team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of advanced embedded software that powers high-performance industrial solutions used worldwide.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


    · Translate requirements for Medium Voltage Drives into robust, real-time embedded software using modern C++.

    · Navigate and implement complex control and protection concepts, ensuring reliability and top performance through comprehensive testing.

    · Contribute across the full software development lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing, and maintenance.

    · Collaborate with global teams to create common control solutions for multiple applications.

    · Provide expert technical support for commissioning and troubleshooting.

    Profile

    QUALIFICATIONS:


    · Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Robotics.

    · Expertise in control theory and/or power electronics, familiar with field-oriented machine control or/and grid-connected converters.

    · +5 years of industry experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on modern C++ development.

    · Solid understanding of embedded systems, version control and testing practices.

    · Basic knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink for control concept validation is desirable.

    · Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a global, collaborative environment.
