    We are looking for a skilled Hardware Design Engineer to join our client’s multidisciplinary R&D team. You will play a crucial role in developing advanced hardware solutions for satellite communications systems, focusing on designing reliable analog and mixed-signal electronics that meet stringent functional requirements and environmental specifications for aerospace and mobile applications.


    • Lead the development cycle for electronic hardware, including design, testing, optimization, and integration.
    • Develop and test highly reliable analog and mixed-signal electronics for phased array antennas.
    • Drive requirements, architecture, and circuit design, including component selection, PCB design, testing, and documentation for manufacturing.
    • Optimize Bill of Materials (BOM) cost.
    • Collaborate with internal and external experts in radio frequency, mechanical, and software engineering to deliver cohesive solutions.

    Candidate’s Profile

    • Expertise in DC Power Supply and Digital Electronics with experience in high-speed interfaces.
    • RF Component Familiarity: Understanding of mixers, amplifiers, up-down converters, and phase shifters.
    • Testing and Verification: Proven experience in testing designs through to production release.
    • Design Tools: Proficiency in schematic capture, PCB design tools, and Altium; knowledge of board layout tools and Ansys SIwave for PCB analysis.
    • Test Equipment: Skilled in using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and vector network analyzers.
    • Documentation: Strong technical reporting skills.
    • Familiarity with embedded software/PL development.
    • Experience with requirements management software, like Jama.


    Qualifications

    MSc in Electronic Engineering or a related field.

    5+ years of experience in hardware/electrical engineering.,
