    We are seeking a skilled Digital Workplace Engineer to provide technical support and ensure the seamless operation of our digital workplace tools, with a primary focus on Office 365 and Monday.com. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a passion for enhancing user productivity.

    Required Skills and experience 

    • Act as the primary technical support contact for Office 365 (including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive) and Monday.com users.
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Office 365 services and Monday.com workflows, integrations, and automations.
    • Optimize the use of Monday.com by setting up boards, automations, and integrations to improve team collaboration and efficiency.
    • Train and support end-users on best practices for Office 365 and Monday.com tools.
    • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve broader system or integration issues.
    • Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and trends for Office 365 and Monday.com to provide proactive recommendations.
    • Maintain documentation for processes, troubleshooting guides, and user support materials.

    Candidate Profile

    • Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical support, IT administration, or a similar role focusing on digital workplace tools.
    • Technical Skills:

    Proficient in administering and troubleshooting Office 365 applications (e.g., Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).

    Hands-on experience configuring and managing Monday.com workflows and integrations.

    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
    • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
    • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Office 365 certifications) are a plus.
