📌 Job Description:


For one of our clients based in Villeneuve, we are looking for a Quality Inspector to ensure compliance of products and industrial processes, contribute to the zero-defect objective, detect, analyze, and resolve non-conformities, and actively participate in continuous quality improvement in production.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections of parts, products, and equipment in accordance with quality control plans
  • Verify conformity after rework and approve repairs, particularly for special processes
  • Use and operate precision measurement equipment (dimensional, profilometry, X-ray, etc.)
  • Record and analyze inspection results using digital tools and ERP systems
  • Identify, characterize, and report defects and non-conformities (5W, 5W2H, 8D, Ishikawa)
  • Participate in internal and external audits (ISO 9001) and follow up on action plans


  • Compliance with inspection methods and deadlines
  • Quality and reliability of inspections performed
  • Relevance and accuracy of defect analysis

🚩 Work Authorization: Candidates must hold a valid Swiss work permit or be a Swiss or EU national.

  • Cofrend or equivalent certification according to NF EN ISO 9712:2012
  • PT2 (Penetrant Testing Level 2) - Mandatory
  • VT2 (Visual Testing Level 2) - Mandatory
  • MT2 (Magnetic Testing Level 2) - Recommended


  • Technical training (Vocational Baccalaureate to Bachelor’s degree / 2–3 years of higher education)
  • Training in industrial quality and problem-solving methodologies
  • Knowledge of ISO GPS tolerancing and quality standards (ISO 9001)


  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in industrial quality or quality inspection
  • Proven experience in an industrial and production environment
  • Experience using digital quality tools and ERP systems


  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong knowledge of quality methods (8D, MSA, audits, root cause analysis)
  • Use of measurement and inspection tools
