Senior Product Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer for high performance minituare circuit breaker comprising pre-studies, planning, evaluation, and development of key product features, requiring broad technical engineering knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITES:

·    Coordinate tasks in a cross-functional teams to investigate problems, develop solutions, and prepare recommendations in the role of lead engineer or project manager

·    Analyze technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to support the decision-making process

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in product engineering or a related technical environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems for low-voltage products
• Experience in mechanical design, including plastic and metal components, interfaces, and assembly processes (manual and automated)
• Good understanding of Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFM/DFA) principles
• Proven project management experience and ability to work in cross-functional environments
• Experience collaborating with global suppliers, manufacturing, and engineering teams
• Strong CAD skills, ideally with SolidWorks, and good knowledge of MS Office / MS Project
• Fluent communication skills English, German is a plus.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, proactive mindset, and results-oriented approach.
