Brief:

I'm working with a global end-user organisation who are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Support Engineer / Analyst to join on a permanent basis.

You'll be responsible for all 1st and 2nd line support following hyper-care and post go-live of D365 F&O.

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing functional support to users of the D365 F&O system


• Assisting in the set up of new users, permissions, and more within D365


• Supporting the internal finance and accounting teams with all D365 F&O queries

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience supporting users of the D365 F&O / AX system


• Knowledge of core D365 F&O modules (GL, FA, C&B, etc)


• Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support to users of the D365 F&O / AX system
