EU Digital Tracking Engineer / Digital Analytics Specialist | €45k-€55k | Hybrid - Lisbon


If you enjoy getting under the bonnet of digital data, not just reporting on dashboards, but shaping what gets measured and why, this role is worth a look.


We're working with a well‑established international organisation investing heavily in its digital platforms across Europe. As their online activity grows, they're looking for someone who can own how digital and campaign performance is tracked, understood, and used to support better decisions.


This role sits between marketing, product, engineering and analytics teams. You'll help define the right KPIs, design tracking, ensure data quality, and turn insight into action, particularly around campaign performance and the end‑to‑end customer journey.


This isn't just a "what's happening?" role. It's about asking "what should we be looking at, and why?"


What you'll be doing



  • Owning digital and campaign tracking across multiple platforms

  • Defining KPIs and success measures with stakeholders

  • Mapping and measuring the full customer journey

  • Designing, implementing and validating tracking for new campaigns and features

  • Analysing campaign performance and user behaviour to generate insight

  • Building clear dashboards and reporting that support decision‑making


There's a deliberate balance here between tracking & reporting, and insight‑led, strategic thinking.


What they're looking for


They're favouring someone strategic rather than purely technical, but with solid core skills.


Key requirements:



  • Campaign tracking experience (essential)

  • Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics implementation experience

  • Strong understanding of event tracking and measurement frameworks

  • Ability to validate and troubleshoot tracking issues

  • SQL for data analysis


Strong preference for:



  • Campaign performance analysis

  • Insight generation and storytelling

  • Defining KPIs and success measures with stakeholders

  • Experience across marketing, digital products, e‑commerce or marketplaces


Power BI experience is a bonus, not a must.

  • Salary: €45,000-€55,000

  • Location: Lisbon

  • Hybrid: 1 day per month in the office
