    HRIS Support Analyst
    Location: Remote
    Contract Length: Initial 6-month contract


    Job Overview


    I am seeking an individual with hands-on HRIS Workforce Management (WFM) experience to join a project team supporting the rollout of a new WFM system across multiple business divisions. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and end-user support skills who can contribute during both implementation and post-go-live phases.


    Key Responsibilities




    • Support rollout activities for the new HRIS WFM system




    • Coordinate with third-party vendors




    • Manage end-user login data, including access permissions and password resets




    • Assist colleagues with accessing the HRIS mobile app




    • Provide post-live technical support during hypercare and daily triage calls




    Experience and Skills


    Essential:




    • Demonstrable experience in a support or administrative role using HRIS WFM in a project and/or operational environment




    • Understanding of administrative functions within HRIS WFM to deliver effective technical support




    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users clearly and empathetically




    • A self-starter with initiative and the confidence to work independently




    Desirable:




    • Experience supporting HRIS implementation projects




    • Previous involvement in system rollouts or similar technical change initiatives
