    ✨ What You'll Be Doing:



    • Lead QA efforts across a product domain or engineering team, setting direction and driving excellence.

    • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product managers to embed quality into every phase of development.

    • Build and maintain automation frameworks that support rapid, reliable releases.

    • Own and manage QA environments, ensuring they reflect real-world conditions.

    • Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

    • Make informed decisions on release readiness, balancing speed and risk.

    • Represent QA in stakeholder discussions and recruitment efforts.


    🛠 What You'll Bring:



    • Proven experience in Agile environments with strong CI/CD and DevOps knowledge.

    • Expertise in test automation (API/UI), ideally within microservice architectures.

    • Solid programming skills (.NET, C#, JavaScript) and familiarity with open-source tools.

    • Experience in performance, security, and other non-functional testing areas.

    • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

    • Agile and software testing certifications are a plus.
